Simple Vanilla Cupcake


Ingredients:
Dry ingredients;
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tspn baking powder
  • 1/2 tspn baking soda
  • 1 tspn salt
Wet ingredients;
  • 1 tspn vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
Wet ingredients 2;
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup fine sugar
  • 3 eggs
Steps:
  1. Preheat the oven at 200 degree celcius.
  2. Prepare the dry ingredients by sieving all the ingredients and leave aside.
  3. Then, prepare the wet ingredients by whisking all the ingredients lightly and leave aside.
  4. After that, by using a electric mixer, beat the butter and the sugar until the colour of the mixture pale.
  5. Then, add in the eggs one at a time and continue beating them until the mixture silky smooth
  6. Add in a little bit of the dry mixture and continue mixing them, then add in a little bit of the wet mixture and mix them.
  7. Repeat adding dry and then wet mixture until it's finish.
  8. Finally, scoop the batter into the baking cup (3/4 full).
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. Cool it down before you apply any frosting on it.
