Ingredients:
Dry ingredients;
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn baking soda
- 1 tspn salt
Wet ingredients;
- 1 tspn vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup corn oil
Wet ingredients 2;
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup fine sugar
- 3 eggs
Steps:
- Preheat the oven at 200 degree celcius.
- Prepare the dry ingredients by sieving all the ingredients and leave aside.
- Then, prepare the wet ingredients by whisking all the ingredients lightly and leave aside.
- After that, by using a electric mixer, beat the butter and the sugar until the colour of the mixture pale.
- Then, add in the eggs one at a time and continue beating them until the mixture silky smooth
- Add in a little bit of the dry mixture and continue mixing them, then add in a little bit of the wet mixture and mix them.
- Repeat adding dry and then wet mixture until it's finish.
- Finally, scoop the batter into the baking cup (3/4 full).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Cool it down before you apply any frosting on it.
