INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of caster sugar
- 3 eggs (grade A)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ovalette
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
STEPS
- Prepare the dry mixture by sieving the flour and baking powder
- Prepare the wet mixture by combining butter and sugar. mix well until the butter pale
- Add in the eggs one by one into the mixture
- Add in ovalette and vanilla extract and mix well
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix it well
- Put the mixture in a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 45 minutes
