A Simple Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of caster sugar
  • 3 eggs (grade A)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ovalette
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
STEPS
  1. Prepare the dry mixture by sieving the flour and baking powder
  2. Prepare the wet mixture by combining butter and sugar. mix well until the butter pale
  3. Add in the eggs one by one into the mixture
  4. Add in ovalette and vanilla extract and mix well
  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix it well
  6. Put the mixture in a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 45 minutes
