Non-alcoholic Tiramisu Cake

O For the cake base, I use the Simple Cake recipe

O For the cheese topping
      Ingredients
  • 2 cups of cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups of  whipped cream
  • 1/2 cups of icing sugar
     Steps
  1. Whisk the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth
  2. In  different bowl, whisk the whipped cream until stiff
  3. Then, mix them both together until there is no lumps in the mixture
  4. Set it in the fridge 

O For the coffee mixture (soak in the cake)
      Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 cup of hot water
     Steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients and set aside

O For decorations
  • Oreo (the biscuit only)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Ribbon

TO SERVE
  1. Carefully soak the cake with the coffee mixture until it completely soak
  2. After that put the cake on a cake stand or plate
  3. Put the cheese topping and spread it evenly. You can use a ring mold to get more even layer.
  4. Dust the top with cocoa powder
  5. Arrange the Oreo biscuits around the cake
  6. Tie the ribbon around the cake and refrigerate
  7. Serve cold
